    re: Ann: Drillsearch Agrees to Acquire Ambass... Drillsearch becoming more and more a perfect fit for Santos. Santos controls most of the gas infrastructure but needs more reserves in the Cooper Basin. Drillsearch holding lots of gas acreage but with not enough money to take it to full development on its own.
