Reading through the announcement a couple of times I get the feeling that the position of CSMAT Line 4 was purposely chosen for the initial survey as it showed a difference in geology compared to the rest of the tenement, mainly due to the Fumaroles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fumarole) that were present and only observed to exist in this area (according to the announcement)

It makes sense to drill the first hole where there is a high chance of hitting brine ( Near Galaxy tenements), drill the second in a location that is geologically different to the first then use the data to obtain relevant information for subsequent Drill holes,

CSMAT4 could be a geothermal barrier between two independent sources of rich lithium brine concentrates

Drill hole 3 is going to be between the two previous as per the announcement, but I am picking that Drill hole 4 will be close to CSMAT5

Of course this is only a perspective- perhaps wildly inaccurate but worth a thought none the less
