BBX is trying to do the correct things for the company and their Share holders, unfortunately its being help up by third parties, either from ASX or external assessors.

Based on the below details, BBX are still jumping through unnecessary hoops to please the ASX, I still believe that this companies values and outlook is unchanged and will be a positive outlook in the future.

Dear ..

Our indication of results by end of October was based on a proposals made by
independent labs on when they thought they could finalise the initial
preparation (crushing and grinding/milling ) and assay of the buttons back
from BBX refinery's.
At this stage promises on delivery of services by the Lab we used have not
met our requirements and there have been significant delays on crushing and
grinding of the material and also in assaying the material produced by BBX's
refineries.
BBX is awaiting the assay results so they can announce and resume trading
but again this depends on the ASX agreeing that the information BBX provides
is sufficient to meet their views of the issues re the sample area.

BBX did not initiate these issues the ASX essentially responded to the
newspaper article that appeared in the Australian on 19th August with quotes
from a financial commentator querying our announcement of 14th August. BBX
provided over 40 pages of evidence to the ASX yet the issue became
technical in nature in regard to what the ASX were seeking which was only
solved by BBX agreeing to undertake the sampling of the six 10 x10m area's.
We are at the mercy of third parties in the assay results to ensure the
independence of the Lab for both the ASX and our shareholders. The board is
frustrated by the delays as is all our shareholders. Once we have the
results we will announce them immediately

Who the f is the ASX contact? I will be calling or emailing them if someone can tell me? And I will post the response here. This is ridiculous now.
