regarding the potential exaggeration of U.S oil production by E.I.A...bottom line
being if E.I.A had its act together ..WTI should be currently around $60/bl..
in terms of true oil balance on demand/supply..etc.
Needless to say any upward trend to $60 oil would amplify
any success at Florence....
