Fact is, that you are correct. Market clearly not assigning a premium to this Cicero play.
While there have been some stunner tech acquisitions lately (have come back into vogue after a lull), we should note that BLZ is primarliy a mineral explorer, and in fact Li exploration RTO's have also flown lately - GPP, RMX (and even RLC and EYM on the promise of acquisition) come to mind...
Had the results been as expected this would have flown IMO.
