Often these deposits do not meet the requirements for investment hence why they left mexico and large companies drop non tier 1 deposits. They done see it as "it will pay us back eventually". They see it as we need to fork out another X amount of millions to put in production why bother as we can continue to search for other teir 1 assets with that money.
