Can only think that the Market has looked at the company finances and come to the conclusion that a CR is not that far away .
There appears to be a lot of value at the present SP but there are no short term catalyst at the moment .
They need to pull a rabbit out of the hat soon and with the amount of exploration they do that is always a possibility .
