It was 3 weeks for shipping drill cores to the lab. I then think 4-6 weeks for results.

The plan was two passes of drilling and 20 holes for the first pass. The drill has a depth capacity of 200m and so 4,000m in the first pass of drilling.



I think results from the first 20 holes will guide some drill targets for the second pass of 4,000m.

Bear in mind that grades from historic holes are in the 0.4g/t to 1.5g/t range. That means gold mineralisation may not be readily visible.

The focus is exploration area 1 and they needed helicopter support to mobilise, also undoubtedly helicopter support to get drill cores down from the site.



It’s the high IP zone that could be very interesting. One of the historic drill holes glanced the edge of this zone and had 41.5m @ 1.1g/t. Some time back I overlayed the drill plan and we can see that 5 holes are focused on this zone. One of them likely vertical and then 4 at different orientations from the same location.

A good hit here could form the core of an economic deposit.
