As for the Vost 'brothers' as directors of CVS - father and son perhaps? How much experience in gold mining one or both have I have no idea. The younger Vost (Justin) is also a director of Baraka Energy & Resources Limited (BKP), whose last share price was about as low as one can get - $0.002.
However, there is a possible saviour in Marcus Flis, who is CVS's director and exploration manager.

ASX announcements show that this company changed its name from ROY to MFE to MGT. In their guise as ROY they did explore for gold.
