What do these questions mean, for heaven's sake?

The only possible answers are yes it could. But the question is misplaced. It should relate to the likelihood of these events happening.
Could I become prime minister of Australia? Yes I could. Am I likely to? No.
"U can always buy in on the high after the SP spikes........................"
Why would anybody with an ounce of investing sense in their head do that?
