There was no need for a disclaimer. There was no claim other than they had found traces of chalco...which is all they showed. ...and they did say assays would follow.
If people can't work out that assays to come means no assays done yet then they are that dumb they will screw up somewhere else! With luck, people like that are playing with small money and they will learn from their mistakes. In which case it is cheap education/experience.
The immediate consequence is that the ASX is teaching people not to think and not to learn. Bring on Darwin
