Respectfully disagree, strongly. The ASX hasn't thought this through. There are numerous negative consequences of what they now do in shutting down company comms to share holders. The rules always existed to get rid of cowboys. An appropriate budget might have even allowed the ASX to follow through more often historically.
In the meantime, back to MYL
