Technical transition phase crossroad.
Will it break above transition phase ceiling of 1.7 cents?(This would also be breaking a much longer time period resistance line, so would expect higher volume)
OR will it break below transition phase floor of 1.4 cents?
If there's good news on the horizon (short/medium term) then hindsight will show this transition phase period to be a precursor to a high volume upward breakout event. Not investment advice, DYOR.
Time will tell with great precision the effectiveness of ones views, albeit optimistically forthwith.
