Firstly, be proud that you saved many people hard earned money and in some cases probably money they couldn't afford to lose. Khaliqs made a nice post yesterday thanking you and me especially for causing him to doubt and thus sell out before it tanked. He was caught up in CMR and learned a lesson that time to open your mind to others who sound warnings and reflect if perhaps the crowd has it wrong. It reminded me that some people do listen and act either through changed belief or just caution.

My experience mirrored yours. When I was warning holders on CMR that things were going to end badly over a longish period a number of holders stopped posting. They saw enough sense in what I was saying to sell but obviously don't bother to say thanks, just move on. Many more people read HC than ever post, so I am sure multiple more decided not to buy or to sell down in the face of constructive criticism. Again, there is no positive feedback with thankyou notes or flowers, just a constant barrage of abuse from holders "protecting" their investment. The point I'm making is that though you have done many a good deed the feedback will always be highly assymetrical and skewed to the negative.

Why bother? The reality is that it takes a lot of time and emotional stress to keep writing and defending your analysis against vastly more detractors. All that time and emotional investment for no financial return just doesn't make sense. So I decided just to let sleeping dogs lie. It's a shame because there are so few that have substantial experience and knowledge to share and so many that frankly have not much idea. HC could be worth so much more if those with valuable knowledge were encouraged to speak out and those ignorant to keep quite. At the end of the day making the effort to warn about over-valuations is a bit like giving friends and family share tips. A hiding to nothing.

Haven't looked at MMB for a long time. Had concerns about the practical economics of mining that style of mineralistaion at those depths in that lake location. If you believe the Pt price is going up and staying up then it might have legs, especially if SA goes Zim.
