I get the feeling that NGG is a reluctant seller and will only sell to meet immediate cash needs, certainly they are proudly announcing the drill success on their own site. Interesting that the change of holding notice yesterday showed they had only parted with 2m from last notice so perhaps the fear of the overhang has been creating its own drag on the share price.
Not buying back 2ic? BTW you have to stop calling him RS - different stock, this one is PS.
