Urgh yeh, I mixed my metaphors.

* The company has painted itself into a corner
* The company is in a whole lot of trouble due to a sequence of dud holes

Anyway, the CR plays on my mind a lot. Its by far the greatest risk for current shareholders imo. Oposura may very well be developed. And its revenues may create wealth for management and shareholders. But if there is too much dilution between now and then current shareholders are unlikely to profit from their investment.
