Seems logical Mongy- what do you think is stopping them? My thoughts are that unless there is a massive rise in prices and failure of reserves eleswhere in the world those reserves will remain stranded and undeveloped or someone else will put up capital and OSH will still take the cream to process and transport. Unless they get em real cheap ??? They may I assume be using nearology and try and acquire / option land around those reserves before making a bid on the discovery.

I also believe they can infill areas at lower risk and cost on existing leases as well but they honestly don't need the reserves right now.
