6) Why did the first Chinese partner go? Hard to say, I didn't invest in this one back in 2009/10. May be due to GFC, lots of project got abandon.

It appears that the first Chinese partner is exiting as when it came to the more serious negotions they didn't come up with the goods and were trumped by the Taifeng Group whow obviously came up with a better deal....IMO the 1st mob are selling out due to sour grapes
