1) I must say for a mc $10m company to get Bryan Hughes as chairman is absolutely amazing. He could work in multibillion dollar companies.

2) This company has only about 130m shares on issue & unlikely to issuing anymore shares (apart from Tranche 2 TFA 10m share placement). Compare to other companies (eg PDY, GCR etc.) printing billion of shares & still not going anywhere.

3) Directors hold lots of share & still buying.
4) TFA buying shares on-market AND will invest $20m in further explorations. Why not just takeover the entire company instead?
