You're right about the dynamics of this thread. Gone is the 'Brotherhood of Perpetual Positivity' and I would say that is due to the constant failures of management to deliver on any of the timelines that they put out. Hiring a company that is in the process of being wound-up. What a master stroke that was!
Hiring a General Manager of Operations with 40 years experience. Where was he when things turned pear-shaped at Granville? If he's such an expert he should have picked up on Jemrok failures a lot earlier than when Jemrok announced they were sunk!

I just think most of us have lost patience with management. I'm glad that you still provide contrarian opinions to keep the thread interesting!

Just wondering why after all this time they would say that an owner miner operation should be cheaper/efficient vs using a contractor. Why did they even bother using a contractor in the first place.

Curious to know what and why they chose this route with a contractor regardless to who it was.
