I can see why many are chasing the Alaskan oil dream - I once chased the African Atlantic margin dream - FAR, PCL, PVD & 88e's former Moroccan incarnation - Tangiers (TPT). Got out of oil juniors in 2014 before the oil price tanked.

Anyway here's a fact for you:

On Sep 4th - 88e started the day at 4.3 cents - it's now 1.8 cents

On Sep 4th - EHX was 10 cents - it's now 16.5 cents after todays 15% fall

That's an almost 60% fall for 88e versus a 65% rise for EHX.

While I genuinely hope that you & other investors in 88e do well in the long-term, for now it looks like 'Gold Hype' trumps Alaskan Oil!!
