The question will be - is there going to be sufficient no votes to stop this going ahead?

I wouldn't bet against one of the directors having sold some shares as part of that trying to keep the SP down.

Lets face it even 5% of Nyuni if it actually hits something near teh 2TCF they hope for (or whatever it is), would value KEY alot higher than what it is currently. If that happens I think either one of the following would happen:
1. The SP continues to be held down by directors or 'interested parties' selling to keep it under the Zeta Deal
2. The SP is pushed up by the market above the Zeta deal effectively making that deal worthless.

In light of the above however I also beleive what Surandy has said will occur. We will have a vote before we know what is happening.

Maybe we need someone with a deep pocket to help us push the SP above the 4c mark. That would help nullify this deal almost as quickly as a no vote.
