I've asked directors of other companies about delayed meeting of targets.

The awnser is what shareholders care most about is getting the share price up. Hence getting things done right despite constraints.
If labs take a long time to process samples etc. they will try and do a work around if but it dosen't work so be it. Usually others are in the same boat especially re- sourcing peple and materials.
Yes investors lose patience but the hot foot it back again when they can sniff a benefit for them even based on a bit of dare I say it ....Speculation.

My gut feel is that Vince Algar is both accountable and approachable so we'll just have to sweat it a bit.
