it looks Hartleys wanna sell some part of its shares in pump and dump trend before any escrow shares hit market. but finding cobalt in 400m depth with one meter intercept and average of 0.18% wouldn't attract any significant investors.
I would like to know @asx708 idea, who talked about huge finding of cobalt in Werner Lake.
