Hi all.
From what I understand, thing are still at stale mate with negotiations between Acaicia and T gov.
There are two parts to the new legislation.
The news continues to be "another 3 weeks".
16% for new mines and 50% refers to those already operational but not honoring their tax liabilities.
So if the T gov want 50% of Acacia and Acacia have already put operations on care and maintenance, no wonder negotiations are taking a while.
In the mean time, It looks like there is accumulation going on so there are entities that see a bargain at the current sp with a longer term view.
There are almost no shares available as the sell side is evaporating quickly.
