Once again Esh has proven he is not a geologist and regularly makes mistakes with his 'pseudo' professional advice. Something Hot Copper needs to look into and I will be happy to draw this to their attention.
1. Photographing the whole core box will not capture the finely disseminated ore within fine bands that also contains magnetite. Perhaps you might know this if you were a geologist and had any field experience.
2. A XRF gives you point data. It is completely inappropriate to use this device to accurately represent mineralisation grades in drill core. This is also something you might know if you were a geologist but you are NOT and you need to stop posting opinions about this field of which you are NOT a professional because you have NO idea what you are talking about.
