There could be a few reasons for the stagnation sovereign risk, although they are derisking that one each day with the quality of investors recently on board. It could be being capped by someone in the know, I note there is a large sell order at 4. i wonder if that will dissappear once we hear more from the new investors.
The news flow has been very positive,i guess the last one is lets see what happens to the 78% barrick have because if we get this back for a bargain ,i am loading up again
