Could also be because PXX is a seasonal stock? ie: due to the extreme temperatures in Alaska they only really can work/drill for a few months a year so it has news flow during that time but very little the rest of year? On that note if this eventually becomes a mine how will they mine during the colder months or do they shut down during that time? Serious question just trying to understand.

I had a wander through the threads, there was a post from a heart saying he thought the stock was a great seasonal play. i.e. get set when there is not much activity, cash in when they are back at work drilling up more resource.
