The old school Alloy that we know trades around the 5c mark is on the way back. MD buying as and leading up to this, with good local negotiations with land owners over a long period, and some decent grades, smell of success to me. I wish I wasn't so impatient. Suppose averaging down at the moment may be the way to go. GLTA
