My understanding is that Torian/Cascade negotiated a very good rate with the drillers. Not a whole lot of exploration being done these days, with most of the small explorers sitting on their hands and what little cash they have left. Drillers were happy to take some paper as part of the consideration.
I think this shows some confidence on their part in Torians prospects going forward
