i couldn't be bothered replying. talking sat phones i have an unlocked iridium 9555 i got off ebay. i have enabled global roaming on my normal 3G telsta sim(on a plan not prepaid) and i can use it in the sat phone. costs about $4 per/min but no plan or contracts for a phone you only really have for safely. the iridium takes a normal size sim not one of the new micros but i think you can get an adapter for them. can just ring home and hangup straight away for a free i'm ok message.
