GPP has great projects, they are running very well; drilling commenced, OHD trial is continue. However some people still trying to down ramp GPP SP. Why?

I have often wonder what is the motive behind one down ramping GPP SP? Why down rampers are working 24/7 without holding shares from the particular stocks?

If the down rampers;
1 - have lost money on it in the past and want to confirm their beliefs for selling and/or

2 - know it's a good company and hence down ramp to push the price lower so they can buy in it themselves.
