    Ok i've come up with a solution to everyones problem.

    WFE takeover TAR for $100 Million.

    They get their high grade Cobalt deposits, Airguide get their Cobalt for offtake partners in Asia and TAR shareholders all get a $1 per share for good measure. Everyones happy!
