my main concern is that these guys have been at the negotiating...

my main concern is that these guys have been at the negotiating table for over 3 years now and have not yet secured a deal....being shareholders themselves, I know they are trying to maximise shareholder value by getting the best deal possible....however wile they are unable to compromise or reach a compromise whatever it be, shareholders will continue to suffer a lower sp. I question that comes to mind is do we need to add strength to the board by adding a proven negotiator???
