"Single shift and week on week off processing while they fine tune the processing plant", that is rubbish it's nothing about fine tuning all about unable to supply enough ore. How can you do fine tuning if not running and everyone in on their week off.
"Next they will move to double shift and/or 365 processing. ", how is that going to happen when they are struggling to source ore as it is. Even management see finding economic ore as their greatest challenge.
