It doesn't take much to get the retailers to panic and sell. I wouldn't be surprised if this was some of the people who paid 11c trying to get the rest of their fill on the cheap by getting a run going.
Given then quality of the ground PXX has and the results to date does anyone think the EV should be under $20 million?
