The first half, I tend to agree. 34M shares issued at 11c. A previous poster suggested they were only allocated 2/3 of what they applied for. If those who participated in the CR wanted to dump they would create supply.
Second half, I hope so. If Management know the jackpot holes then they are carefully planning their release. The low volume sell down could be to spook some selling and impatient holders.
