Yes, it did surprise me that the conductor at Wodger was not an urgent priority as the tenor of the ann was that of being positive. But in fact point 2 on page 3 just puts it in with the other drill targets for ranking so far as priorities are concerned. That statement probably gives some oomph to your opinion. Also giving it support is the lack of a Siemens strength reading anywhere in the report.
