Yes Zipster, quite a few questions remain. I thought that the deep-down hydrothermal stream was bringing the metals in solution. (Geology books sometimes describe these hydrothermal streams as being like hot toothpaste - slowly carrying metals which can dissolve in the strange chemistry provided by pressure, heat, water, no oxygen and reduced redox potential.) This solution travels horizintally then hits the wall and carries the metals upwards where they are deposited mainly at the PY3 and PY1, (possibly because those layers cause changes to the chemistry). So the source or "rest of the ore body" may be far away from the wall and being constantly dissolved by the deep hydrothermal flow. These are just my rambling thoughts.
While on the blower, I'll report that just before the announcement came I had to decide whether to use my $5,000 from my busted piggy bank to buy the share options at 28 cents, or buy shares which were hovering between 27 and 27.5 cents. I went for the options because AML needs the injection of cash. Then within minutes the announcement came and the share price went to about 28.5 cents. Thank goodness. I agree with Speccy who in a recent post said that management should have done better by making the announcement straight after the share offer. Then there would have been a clear price differential.
