LJ could have gone for an all share deal as they don't really need the cash at this point. I think this is going to be the buy of the century for Galane if the A$ gold price continues to rise.
Yes the positive is DRM can focus 100% on Deflector, but the optionality of AW was worth keeping in case the POG takes off. The economics of AW would be very different at a POG of A$2000.
