    Hi Burnie,

    Your right about the non cash deal. 1:9.5. So if you divide the current DRM share price by 9.5 you get the offer price. Currently 4.5c for each MYG share. The MYG shareholders must be rejoicing to get such a great deal. Especially the majority that brought above 6c.
