Don't these releases normally come out as joint statement ( I know all the crap about commercially in confidence/not signed off/ waiting for final approval etc). Personally I'd be waiting for the detail from whoever might be piloting this project. I might be wrong but the timing of this piece seems well placed after yesterday's cash in bank announcement of $530K.
