Judging by the 5B I imagine that the production cost includes: $410,000 in dividends to the JV partner and include some or all of the $270,000 for the mining rights application - which would explain the very high number for the March/April period.
I doubt WWI will sit in the gutter and cry about the numbers, more likely to keep on trucking towards increasing production. The share price might not be a great fan but buying in anticipation of growth is not a terrible strategy
