I don't know if anyone has been following the South African Mining Charter talks that much, but all appears to be progressing well for WWI. On top of this the government have come out and said they are wanting to do more for junior miners, as well as attracting much more investment in the mining sector. They won't be attracting much investment if they don't approve the mining right for a company that meets the proposed 30% ownership rule and has a history and plan for land rehabilitation.
