Magnum might not have announced their holding, but looking at recent substantial holding notices (including the one yesterday) suggest several different parties have been acquiring in the mid-30 cents. These stakes, and potentially the directors', will be destined for Magnum...but only if Magnum raise their offer and make it all cash.

I would urge remaining shareholders to do nothing until Magnum have made their intentions clear. If not, the DLS offer is still on the table.
