i myself is concerned that if I instruct my chess sponsor to accept takeover offer by DLS for my AQO holding that they do not accept the Magnum offer instead! Remember, only issuer sponsored can be accepted directly by bidder. The chess sponsored have to be referred back to the chess sponsor.
