I think with share offer currently way below that of Drillsearch, directors of AQO should change their recommendation to AQO shareholders. There is a real risk that some AQO shareholders may take up offer of Magnum by mistake thinking the offer price of Magnum is higher and that it is an American Company then why not. Magnum Hunter eventually will be able to fix their Bidder Statement and as such accepting AQO holders could get caught in this questionable value Magnum share offer.
i myself is concerned that if I instruct my chess sponsor to accept takeover offer by DLS for my AQO holding that they do not accept the Magnum offer instead! Remember, only issuer sponsored can be accepted directly by bidder. The chess sponsored have to be referred back to the chess sponsor.
