Invertedva, I cannot speak directly about the specifics of why Magnums proposal does not meet ASIC guidelines, mainly because I do not have a legal background. But my source of information is sound (IMHO). Btw - I respect your posts and like you, am simply posting what I believe to be true.

There are many issues with the documents they provided, which, as I mentioned have not been rectified since it was first submitted. I totally agree, such an important matter should have been announced by AQO management, but I am buggered if I understand why they have not stated such. If I was a shareholder in AQO, I would already have rang them... but I doubt they would provide me with any info?
