The NSE delay is because of the takeover. Once the takeover/s are resolved, they will most likely revert to the original schedule. I doubt Magnum will want to be waiting that long (a major shareholder of NSE). Also, NSE could be Magnum's next takeover target.

NSE cannot afford to fund the $40m they committed on PEL570. Not much money in the bank. PEL570 might be a good asset but one wonders if NSE should be its operator.
