That is an option pnnewby...or, if Magnum are unable to acquire a majority, DLS and Magnum could kiss and make-up and go forward as partners.
The NSE delay is because of the takeover. Once the takeover/s are resolved, they will most likely revert to the original schedule. I doubt Magnum will want to be waiting that long (a major shareholder of NSE). Also, NSE could be Magnum's next takeover target.
